e-figures was started in 2003 by a group of investors at the request and recommendation of two of the largest manufacturers in the miniatures business. From 2003 to 2008 the e-figures.com management built a small but respectable client base centered around miniature figures and hobby supplies.
In fall of 2008, management decided that bringing in a full time sales force would be key to future growth and Chris Frye was brought on board as Director of Wholesale Sales. e-figures grew much in the following years.
In May 2011, Liana Loos-Austin was brought on as Marketing Director to help out and take care of our social media and marketing efforts. This allowed us to better communicate with both our customers and manufacturers for keeping everyone up-to-date.
In January 2018, Chris Frye left e-figures and Liana was promoted to Sales & Marketing Director, starting a new era for us.
