Setting up your account
Read the following terms and conditions below.
Fill out the application form completely to establish your account information.
Hitting Submit confirms your acceptance of these conditions.
E-Figures reserves the right to refuse service or product to any applicant
E-Figures will deny any applicant whose history is stained with IP infringement.
E-figures doesn’t require retailers to mail/fax an extensive application
package up front. Instead it is broken down into review sections which can
be found here.
Ordering
We aim to ship all orders within 1- 24 hours of receipt except
Saturday/Sunday and Holidays where UPS is closed.
We aim to ship all orders 100% complete.
We ship product Monday to Friday 6am–4pm US Eastern time:
Orders need to be placed through the online store or through our sales center
via E-mail / phone
We do not operate a back order system but instead use a Reserved Stock system

Credit Card Authorizations
Orders placed online using a credit card will show up as an authorization
on your account. We will not claim that authorization or process the sale till
your order ships. If the authorization is more then the order shipped your
card will only be billed for the true total. As of January 2010 all accounts
must be secured with a Credit Card or valid Paypal account.
Verifying your Credit Card Address
Our system requires your billing address to match the address on your credit
card bill. A mismatched address will result in a AVS decline and your order
may be delayed. We are not responsible for delays in your order due to AVS
declines.

Inventory
Availability of Product may vary
E-Figures.com provides access to thousands of items from a variety of manufacturers
with a customer base consisting of Retailers from around the globe.
This huge variety can create a small conflict, as not all of our Manufacturer
agreements permit us to distribute their products world-wide. Because of the
difficulties of populating the order system to only show items based on a specific
account, were are unable to restrict items that can only ship to you. Please
be aware that not all products listed are available for shipping outside the
United States. This is generally due to Manufacturer agreements or United States
Shipping Regulations. Therefore, you may be able to place an order for a product
that will not ship to you as we have systems in place to prevent those items
from shipping to locations where they would be prohibited by shipping regulations
or Manufacturer agreements.
For example, we are unable to ship aerosols outside of the United States,
but aerosol items will list as available to order on all accounts.
Shipping Information
Aerosol Sprays
Postal regulations prohibit shipping Aerosol Sprays, Accelerants, and Solvent
based products outside the continental United States. Furthermore these items
cannot be shipped by USPS or Priority Mail as well as other air services such
as UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Air or USPS Air services. Any
order containing these items will be shipped via UPS ground.
Paints, Inks and other Adhesives must all be shipped via UPS ground.
United States (Contiguous)
E-figures.com has a flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 per order to any location
within the Contiguous United States.
Orders ship UPS Ground by default
Hawaii and Alaska Orders fall under our International shipping program
Express Shipping
We cannot accept orders for Next-Day, 2nd-Day, 3-Day Air or any other express
shipping methods after 12:00 am EST. Express Shipping orders can only ship
UPS or USPS. We have a special shipping license through these companies for
shipping and therefore can not ship DHL, Airborne Express, etc.
International Orders
The transit time for international shipments varies based on the point of export
and the destination country or region. Brokerage, Duties and taxes are the
sole responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
Clients have the option of using USPS or UPS when having their orders shipped
outside the United States.
Clients who have their orders shipped to a US based Freight Forwarder will
only be charged the standard order fee of $5.95.
A special note to our International Clients
Although we have the freight charges list on the website. They are there
only as an estimated freight guide. International orders will be charged according
to the actual cost of the packages after they are packaged and put on the scales
not by the prices listed on the website. The actual shipping charges will be
added to your credit card after your order is processed. If you were overcharged
for freight originally, you will be refunded.
Shipping or Order estimates: Thier is no feasible way for us to estimate your shipping. This is not a service we provide or will entertain at anytime.
Lost International Orders
Postal Orders:
Although it does not happen very often, you must realize that we do
not file claims on your behalf. If you have a lost or damaged box, shipped Air
Parcel Post it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local postal
service. Once an international shipment safely leaves the continental United
States, it is the responsibility of the receiver. This includes Alaska, Hawaii
APO & AE
addresses also.
UPS Global Express Services.
We are able to fully guarantee the delivery of your package in good condition.
Although you must still file the claim and notify us if an order does not arrive
on its due date.
Undeliverable Packages:
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned
to e-figures.com, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled
due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order
subtotal. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
E-Figures.com will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable
and returned to us. If you would still like to purchase the items that were
undeliverable, please place a new order through our website.
E-Figures.com Distribution is very serious about customer satisfaction. We
rarely have to exchange or replace product, but occasionally situations arise
where it is necessary.
Quality
In the event of an item being returned by a customer to a store the
following procedure should be followed; The store should provide customer services
with the customers contact details along with the code and batch number of the
product and what item was missing/damaged. Customer services will then replace
the item direct to the customer and the store will be informed by customer service
that the customer’s replacement
has been sent. In the event we do not have the part your information will be
sent directly to the Manufacturer.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refusals
Verify your Order
Check the order before you hit submit. Duplications of a code will be picked
as if you intended to do so. We are not responsible if you selected the wrong
product or entered duplicate data on the same order.
Carrier Address Correction Fee
If you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (no apartment
number listed, transposed zip code, zip code that does not match the city,
etc.) or if you change the delivery address after your package is in transit,
the carrier will make every effort to perform an address correction however,
they will assess a fee of $10.00 to the delivery charges. You agree to pay
this fee, which will be billed separately to the credit card used for your
purchase.
Returns (damaged items) .
We will accept no returns without a return authorization number.
You cannot return opened or used product for any reason. If a item or part
is missing from a package please notify us and we will work with the manufacturer
to replace the missing item. All returns must be shipped at your expense.
Returns (warehouse errors)
If E-Figures.com makes a mistake in packaging we will work to fix
that order immediately with no additional charge.
Cancellations
After you submit your order; you cannot cancel your order without
contacting us directly. All restock orders are processed immediately and
once processed are subject to the same policy as returns. This does not pertain
to PreOrders or Reserved Stock orders.
Refusing an Order
If you refuse an order you will not receive a refund.
Returned Deliveries
Our carriers charge a shipping fee when a package must be returned
to the shipper. If you refuse an order or if the merchandise is returned
to our warehouse because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you agree
to pay the return shipping costs. This charge will be billed separately to
the credit card used for your purchase. If any package can not be delivered
due to our error, no additional shipping charges will be applied. We will
make right any error that is a result of our performance.
Treatment of Your Information
E-Figures.com Distribution Web site covered by this policy may request personal
information from you in order to complete an e-commerce transaction, for example,
your name, phone number(s), physical address, shipping address (if different),
e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date. Other information may
be collected at individual points of sale. Your information will be used only
to execute the immediate transaction and for other business needs of E-Figures.com
Distribution related to the transaction it will be provided to other parties
only as necessary to complete your transaction and provide services to you.
Otherwise, E-Figures.com Distribution will not provide any of your personal
information to third parties without your permission, and we will not sell
any personal information to third parties for purposes of marketing, advertising
or promotion. E-Figures.com Distribution may release account and other personal
information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law or to
protect the rights, property or safety of E-Figures.com Distribution, our users
or others.
Notice: By default or by contract we may provide our manufacturers information
pertaining to the purchase and support of their products. The information provided
is restricted to Company Name, City, State, Country and website. This form
of communication is intended to improve the awareness and support of your account
through a manufacturer retail locator. Clients will be notified before any
communication is collected. At that time you will be given the option to decline
participation when applicable.
Network Security
The information you provide to the website covered by this policy
is protected in transit by using a network protocol called Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL). Through the use of SSL, information being transmitted is encrypted or
scrambled to make it extremely difficult for anyone who intercepts the information
to read it. To further protect your personal and financial information, E-Figures.com
Distribution has contracted with a certified Internet commerce transaction
service provider responsible for managing the interactions between the Site
and its credit-card processors.
Caution on Links to Other Web sites
Our Web site may contain links to other Web sites. Please be aware that E-Figures.com
Distribution is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.
The user is encouraged to be aware when they leave our Web site and to read
the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects information
about you. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by
this Web site.
Orders and Cookies
E-Figures.com utilizes Shopsite for its frontend order processing system.
The below information is intended to help you better understand how this system
handles your information.
ShopSite uses browser "cookies" for both merchant and customer
sessions. A cookie is a small file stored by the browser which can only be
read by the same server that set it. ShopSite does not store any sensitive
information, such as credit card numbers or passwords, in the cookies it uses.
When ShopSite creates a shopping cart for a customer, it will set a cookie
to associate the customer with a particular shopping cart. There are several
situations, in addition to adding products to a cart, which will cause a shopping
cart to be created, including registered customer log-in, or coming to the
store from an associate link. If the customer has cookies disabled, the shopping
cart will be linked to the customer's IP address.
If a registered customer logs in, a cookie is created that tells
ShopSite who it is. This is a "session" cookie, which means it will
expire as soon as the customer closes their browser, or does not do anything
on the store Website for an extended period of time, or if the customer completes
an order.
When a customer selects tax, shipping, or payment method options,
and then clicks on Checkout on the main shopping cart screen, these selections
are stored in a cookie. This allows ShopSite to "remember" the customer's selections
if they return to the store to place another order. The cookie will expire
one year from the date it was created. If the customer's browser does not allow
cookies, the "memory" feature will not be available.
When a customer enters their shipping and billing information on
the Billing screen and clicks Submit This Order to complete the order, ShopSite
sets another cookie. It contains the billing address (and the shipping address
if a separate one is used) the customer used. It does not contain any credit
card information. This cookie is set to expire one year from the date it was
created. If the customer returns to the store from the same computer within
this time, ShopSite will detect and read the cookie and the customer will not
have to re-enter the address information. If cookies are disabled in a customer's
browser, this "memory" feature
will not be available to them. Merchants who are concerned about customer privacy
can turn off this feature in the Thank You Screen Configuration.
ShopSite uses cookies to help track computers authorized to access order
information. If a merchant accesses the order system (including viewing associate
orders or gift certificate orders), a cookie will be set on the computer. The
merchant can then select whether or not to trust certain computers, using the
order security system.
ShopSite stores include an option to Include Google Analytics tracking code
throughout the store. Google Analytics uses cookies to track customer activity
throughout a site.

informative and useful content for our user community. We ask that you respect
all copyright and trademarked material and resources provided by our manufacturers.
Be aware content on this site may is the exclusive property of E-Figures.com or
one of our Manufacturers and is protected by United States and International
copyright law.
You may, at our sole discretion, create a hyperlink to E-Figures.com
so long as it does not portray E-Figures.com, its affiliates or products in
