Most Common Questions

Q: How often are these kits updated?
A: Complete Range Kits are updated every two months..  
A: Top 10 and Top 25 Custom Kits are evaluated every quarter and updated when necessary.

Q: What happens when one or more items are not available at time of shipping?
A: All available products will be shipped. Items not available will be placed on a R.S. order and shipped when they arrive on the next Restock. A kit that generates a Reserve Stock order may qualify for free shipping when the location is within the United States.

Q: Do I pay for all of the kit all at once.
A: As with all orders you are billed when the order is ready to ship. It is recommended you order Kits and Starters on a separate purchase and use the payment option "PreOrder bill me when order is ready to ship." We will then call you to secure payment and update you on shipping times. Kits that are paid for up front will have all available items shipped that day that day and a credit applied for any items not ready to ship.

Q: Do Custom Kits come with Racks?
A: Unless specified in the product text a kit does not come with racks.

Q: Will e-figures.com work with me to create a Custom Kit to fit my needs?
A: We completely understand that every store has specific characteristics and communities that make them unique. I will work with any store that would like a starter kit custom created to meet their needs. .

Players who are unsure where their local game store is or cannot get the product from their local game store should call us for assistance. Once we know your location we will find a Retailer in your City, State or Country to meet your needs.

Global Rules and Exceptions

Aerosol Sprays: US Law and Postal regulations prohibit shipping Aerosol Sprays, Accelerants, and Solvent based products outside the continental United States.Any International Order containing the above items will have those products removed before shipping. Furthermore these items cannot be shipped by USPS or Priority Mail as well as other air services such as UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Air or USPS Air services. Any domestic order containing these items will be shipped via UPS ground. Paints, Inks and other Adhesives must all be shipped via UPS ground.

Games-Workshop International Retailers: E-Figures.com Distribution will not ship Games-Workshop products outside the United States without written approval from Games-Workshop USA. We have an agreement with this Manufacturer and will not entertain any customer request to violate that agreement.

Privateer Press, Fantasy Flight Games: E-Figures.com Distribution will not ship these lines to UK/EUR without approval from the Manufacturer directly. We have an agreement with these Manufacturers and will not entertain any customer request to violate that agreement.
