e-figures was started in 2003 by a group of investors at the request and recommendation of two of the largest manufacturers in the miniatures business. From 2003 to 2008 the e-figures.com management built a small but respectable client base centered around miniature figures and hobby supplies.

In fall of 2008, management decided that bringing in a full time sales force would be key to future growth and I was asked to come on board. I am proud to say that since then sales growth has been significant.

I have proven myself to the point where I am now a part owner in e-figures.com Distribution. We do still have investors and will for some time to come. But my long term goal is to continue to increase my ownership percentage and to keep this business growing in sales, number of regular customers, and manufacturers offered.

I work here for two very important reasons:

First, I love this industry. Miniatures have always been a hobby of mine but over the last fifteen plus years the opportunity to help develop new retailers, manufacturers and products has made this industry more then just a hobby to me. The relationships I have experienced with both Retailers and Manufacturers as well as seeing our industry grow stronger each year made the decision to move forward on this investment opportunity a wise one.

And second, although the headquarters and warehouse are in New York. I have the ability to work remotely from Washington State which allows me to spend a lot more time with my family. This makes it possible to maintain the high level of energy I put forth into both my personal and professional relationships.
