Q: Why are the prices so great?
We keep in close contact with manufacturers all around the world to ensure our understanding of their products is at a high level of confidence. In turn we combine 21st century technology with multiple distribution resources world wide to cut down our overhead. This allows us to generate the revenue expected of us as well as provide are retailers with responsible wholesale prices.

Q: Do you sell to the public?
E-Figures Distribution only sells to Retailers. Players looking for a particular product are encouraged to check for their local retailer in our Independent Retail Locator.Locator.

Q: Are your products legitimate?
Our products are 100% genuine and legitimate. We do NOT and will NOT sell fake, pirated, copied, or bootlegged products.

Q: How can I check out the site before joining?
We have opened the site up for view by the public as a tool for our retailers. Wholesale pricing and other Retailer sensitive information is only available with an account. If you have specific questions you can contact us at anytime.

Q: How do Back Orders work?
Back Orders in general are handled in many different ways by many different vendors. For this reason we've decided not utilize this procedure and instead developed "Reserved Stock Orders". Reserved Stocks are created when a customer orders an out of stock item that is not readily available from another distributor or manufacturer. For information here.

Q: How do I retrieve my login information?
In the Login area, enter your email address > click on the circle that says "Forgot your password?" > and then click the Sign In button. You will automatically be emailed your password. If you've forgotten your email address, please contact us. This is only useful for the Shopping Cart login and not for the site access.

Q: Is this website secure?
Our website is secured with the latest 256-bit encryption technology in all areas of the site that require you to give out any personal information (login, password, address, credit cards, etc.) We advise all customers to use an SSL compliant browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

Q: Will my information be shared or sold?
Your information will never be shared or sold to any third party or entity without your permission. The use of your information is only needed for order processing, status, tracking & email newsletters. Please note that every quarter we provide our manufacturers a list of Retailers whom have purchased their products from us. The information provided will only be basic contact details. If you wish this not to happen you'll need to contact us directly.

Q: What is the Manufacturer Affiliation Program?
Manufacturers who participate in the affiliation program are given their own wholesale account. The intent is for them to take care of the employees who are working long hours designing, developing and packing great games for you. (its just the right thing to do)

Q: What stores qualify for an e-figures account?
E-figures Distribution only sells to true brick and mortar stores in North America. Most Manufacturers require this as part of their distribution contract. In North America if you have a phyiscal location, that is open to the public, and a valid EIN number you've met the first two requirements. International Stores outside North America must provide valid proof of authorization to selll products in their specific country.

Q: I have an internet store open and I will have a brick and mortar store location soon, do I qualify?
Unfortunately you will have to wait until you have your brick and mortar location open.

Q: As a retailer, I only have so much time to spend ordering. So why would I order from another company when I can just order all of my products from ACD, Alliance, Games Workshop, and Wizards of the Coast? (I already think the list is to long)
When I took over E-Figures in 2008 this was one of the first questions I was asked.  It's the same question I asked myself when I was offered the chance to run E-Figures.

This industry is blessed with many good Customer Service Representatives from many different back grounds. Even now I can still remember my CSR Chris from Alliance Distribution when I had my storefront.  His advice, guidance and professionalism was so valuable that I wouldn't even consider using another Distributor at the time. Even now the extensive products and financial perks of working with Alliance, ACD, GTS out weigh anything available from another Distributor.

Part of the reason I was brought over was because of my understanding of the importance of having a solid, genuine relationship between the Company and the Client. This is why E-Figures Distribution has focused it's business model on specific products and categories. To stay competitive with other Distributors in this industry we provide some of the best wholesale discounts in the industry. This is done by keeping our overhead low and concentrating our investments and resources on Miniatures and Hobby Supplies. Forming solid business relationships with overseas manufacturers allows us to bring you unique options. Although we will always support an assortment of other products, our expertise will be based off those categories. Furthermore our selection of Miniatures will be directed towards miniature companies that encourage and support the growth of hobby communities.

E-figures.com does not employ a commissioned sales staff to contact stores to process their orders on a daily basis. As a customer you will have access to

Q: My order was placed, now what?
Once your order is placed, our system automatically sends out a confirmation invoice stating what you've ordered. If you did not receive this email, you may want to disable any Spam filter or check your junk box. If that fails, please contact us and we will provide you with your information. After we receive your order, we will do our best to send your order out ASAP. Once shipped you will receive your tracking information via Email. If none of the above happens after you've placed your order please contact us as we may not have gotten your order.

Q: I want to cancel my order?
To cancel your order, it is best to contact us ASAP shortly after your place your order. Keep in mind that we ship orders out every day (except weekends and holidays). If your order was shipped, you will have to return it to us.

Q: What is a Reserved Stock Order?
Reserved Stock Orders are generated when a item ordered is out of stock and will not be available before the order ships. This is not generated from all products and is usually only used for items who's origins originate outside the United States. Of course Retailers always have the option to have out of stock products reserved for them.

Q: How does a Reserved Stock Order work?
Reserved Stock Orders generated from out of stocks are of course filled when that stock arrives. The advantage of having a RSO is that order is filled as soon as the stock arrives and before any stock is posted to the site. Which means if an item arrives and the stock supplied by the Manufacturer is less then expected. RSO's will be filled first and if product is still available then it will be posted to the site for others to order.

Q: I'm not sure I can sell this product?
Then we don't want you to buy it. None of our products are required purchase and in some cases we will actually let you return particular starter packages if they don't sell.

Q: I am missing items in my order?
If you have a missing item then just let us know by email or phone and we will rectify the mistake, without any cost to you. If this mistake means you need to ship something back to us then we will cover the shipping and or provide your account with a credit for any shipping charges you incur.

Q: How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders generally take 1-7 business days depending on your location. If you ordered express/overnight, you should receive it the following business day. All orders placed before 2:00pm EST on a business day will most likely ship that day, otherwise it will ship the following business day.

If you haven't received a tracking number then your order is still in our warehouse. You can utilize anyone of our the options on our contact page to contact us.

Q: How long can I keep an open Shopping cart?
Your shopping cart will remained opened till you process your next order. This allows retailers to updated pre-orders and recent restock request anytime during the day. Please note that the current system stores your items in your cookies. If you delete your cookies or switch computers your products will not be avialable. It is best to process your order on one computer or submit the order in sections.

Q: My International Distributor is always out of stock, can I order products through you?
We honor distribution agreements with Manufacturers world-wide. Some of these agreements have restrictions on where we may distribute said products. This is listed in the category description section of each manufacturer. In some cases though we can request authorization to service your store.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
If you are approved for a refund, it will generally take 1-4 days for the refund to process.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
We have one flat rate for all orders shipped in the contiguous United States. All international orders pay full shipping of goods which includes any fees, customs or brokerage charges. Shipping prices and travel times can be viewed here.

Q: Is express/overnight shipping available?
Yes, express/overnight shipping is available. Express/Overnight Shipping prices + handling start at $35.00. *IMPORTANT- Overnight orders should be placed before 11AM EST for it to be shipped the same day and arrive the following business day. Otherwise, orders placed after 11AM EST may not be processed in time to meet your needs.

Currently products are shipping out of our east coast location.
